Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your goods leave our warehouse. In the case of possible returns the amount paid may be refunded, according to the case. Deliveries can only be made while stocks last. In the case that goods are not deliverable, we will do our best to advise the customer, and/or offer similar products. If applicable, delivery costs will be calculated on the resulting order value.

We deliver to Malta & Gozo. Our deliveries are made with our own delivery service.

Please note that all deliveries must be signed for. The delivery service will deliver to you personally, unless otherwise specified by you. In the case that no one was available to receive the delivery, the goods will be either re-scheduled or can be picked up from our offices, which might result in extra charges.

As our valued customer, should you wish to cancel, after it has been placed, but before delivery has begun, you can do so by contacting us by email or telephone as soon as possible.

If you return goods bought through our website, the purchasing contract is cancelled and you may be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned, according to the case. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation. All goods must be returned at the buyer’s cost.

If the goods arrive damaged, please contact Pet Studio. Faulty goods are fully refundable or exchangeable, to the discretion of Pet Studio. Please inform our staff within 24 hours of delivery, of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.

All goods remain unqualified property of Pet Studio until full payment of products and any delivery charges has been received by Pet Studio.

Our product range and prices can be changed with our sole discretion, without any notice to the public.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Pet Studio, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these terms and conditions.
