Are the products on your website always available in the shop?

We stock thousands of products, however it may sometimes be the case that a product finished due to high demand. Should you wish to confirm the availability of a product prior visiting Pet Studio, feel free to contact us on Messenger, by email (hello@petstudiomalta.com) or by phone (+356 2789 0035).

Do you have more products in the shop than listed on the website?

We try our best to keep our website updated with our whole selection of products.

What payment methods are accepted at Pet Studio?

Cash and credit card payments are accepted in store, while Revolut and cash payments are accepted for deliveries.

How do I find products which are on sale?

You can find promotions and products which are on sale by going to the ‘Offers’ section which can be found at the top of each page on the website, or by clicking here. Alternatively, you can tell that a product is on sale as its original price will be crossed out and replaced with a discounted price when viewing the product.

Are there other ways to keep up with the latest offers and promotions?

You can keep up-to-date with our ongoing promotions and competitions by liking our Facebook page (Pet Studio, Malta) or following us on Instagram (pet.studio.malta).

Do you offer delivery service?

We offer free delivery with a minimum order of €15.00. If you wish to set an order to be delivered kindly send the list of items or a screenshot of the wish list on our website via Messenger or by email (hello@petstudiomalta.com).

What if I cannot visit the shop during your official opening hours?
